Can’t recommend this place enough. Natalia fixed my back after 7 years of pain. 10/10 if you have pain it’s really worth it.

I came to the Milton Chiropractors having exhausted all other forms of relief for my right forearm and right hand which had become numb and yet painful to use. The grip in my right hand was so weak that I needed support from my left hand to hold a cup of tea.It was impossible to work the pc mouse with my right hand or write.Despite the numbness it was painful to use the arm. The injury came about after a lot of vigorous sawing in the garden, trying to cut down some withered trees. Prior to this I had also experienced swelling in my right elbow which I'd put down to down to RSI. In addition to the numbness and weak grip, several fingers in my right hand tingled incessantly. Mr Sim quickly diagnosed this as a neurological problem with also a couple of displaced bones in my elbow.
He has restored my grip,and cured the numbness. I can use my right hand normally . He has sorted out the misalignments in my shoulder and elbow. Before coming to him I had given up hope of a cure,,.I cannot thank him and the clinic enough.

I started seeing Sim after my neck seized up, and I hadn’t slept properly for a couple of weeks. Within a couple of sessions the acute pain and tension was relieved and I was sleeping well again.

Through a course of additional sessions it became apparent that the regular headaches I’d been experiencing were back and neck related too, and over a few weeks of regular treatment my headaches faded and are now a distant memory. I also had bespoke orthopaedic inserts made for my shoes to treat daily foot pain. These were expensive, but have hugely improved my life and I would recommend these to anyone.

I am delighted with the professionalism and skills of Sim, who is a miracle worker and an asset to the Milton practice. The reception staff are also very friendly, welcoming and professional. I can’t believe I put off professional help for so many years. I was carrying around issues that I didn’t realise weren’t normal and could be resolved.

This was my first experience with a chiropractor and I am a convert.

Thanks to Milton Chiropractic, especially Mr Sim Brar for sorting out my leg problems, I had a trapped nerve in my left leg and was in terrible pain, I could barely walk, I made an appointment and was seen the next day, the nerve was freed and the pain stopped, that alone was worth the price of the course of treatment, I then went on to have further treatments to undo years of neglecting my health. In all respects this was a very positive experience.

I've been having appointments with Sim at Milton Chiropractic Clinic for the past couple of months, and have only great things to say about Sim and the clinic! I had put up with a shoulder/neck injury for years which would often cause me pain on and off, and had been given a positive recommendation about Milton Chiropractic Clinic from a family member who had been years ago. I've been having treatment since April for my very sore, stiff and painful back. Following a course of excellent treatment by Natalia, I feel like a new man. Not only is my back stronger, healthier and pain-free (or 'happy' as Natalia would describe), I've been inspired to change my general lifestyle habits. This includes daily routines such as drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, stretching, go to the gym and swimming a few times a week. Plus, I've been using the tools that I've been empowered with to ensure I keep my back healthy. Along with better eating habits, I've lost nearly a stone in eight weeks and feeling great. In addition to the treatment, the Clinic itself offers a warm, friendly, yet professional welcome – and Lilian is so nice in reception. I cannot recommend Milton Chiropractic Clinic highly enough! ;-)

I have been seen by Mr Sim Brar. Nothing else to say than AMAZING. I had bad lower back pain and he listened to me and took time to understand my needs and how best to work with me. I have never felt rushed like I already did with other doctors, Sim takes time to answer all my questions and give me tools to keep the pain away.
I can't recommend him enough. Now when my friends needs a chiropractor I recommend Sim! Also the staff at the reception have always been very polite and always happy to accommodate you when you need to re-shedule.

Sim is a brilliant chiropractor who is taking care of my back beautifully. I first walked in the clinic with a terrible lower back pain. Sim provided a clear explanation of the treatment, the timeline, and the pricing on the first day. The improvements were noticed since the first couple of sessions. I attended frequent appointments for the first month or two, and I am currently seeing him every 4 weeks (the frequency really depends on your issue, treatment, and improvement). Overall, I am very satisfayed with the work done by Sim and the clinic staff members.

I went to Milton Chiropractic Clinic with long term lower back pain and it was the best decision. They are so good!!!! The receptionist are very kind and helpful. I had to change my appointments so many times and it just couldn’t have been easier. My chiropractor is Mr Sim Brar and he did the magic to my back problems. He made a plan first time in March - how many times I have to see him, what the procedure is going to be like etc. - and here I am now in June without lower back pains. It was quite a long journey, but after every single session I felt a lot better. Even if I had a pinched nerve in my upper back I went to see him and left completely refreshed and with no pain at all. He is a brilliant chiropractor and a very good person. We have so many laughs during the sessions:)

I highly recommend this Practice. The whole team and welcome couldn’t be better at making you feel comfortable. I have been seeing Sim who eased my long suffering back pain in the first session. His knowledge and techniques are really helping getting more normal movement in my back and shoulders with each session and I am now largely pain free.

I can't recommend this place enough. I've had an ongoing injury to my neck for the past 7-8 months for which I originally saw a physio. That made things worse and left me in excruciating pain. After seeing Ty, I had a reduction in pain from the first appointment! Ty has also been great in providing advice on how to improve my condition and my general health which has helped improve my condition I have already recommended him to all my friends.
