In May last year, after I was moving objects, I suddenly suffered severe pain in my lower back, which caused me to be completely unable to move. I lay in bed for nearly a week. After that, I was basically unable to do any physical work, especially moving objects, which caused great inconvenience to my life. After being recommended by a friend, I tried this clinic. Joe was very professional, experienced and patient. In addition to each treatment, he also recommended suitable products several times to help me recover from exercise. After about half a year of treatment, I am now recovering very well. The results were very significant. I would like to express my special thanks and highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has similar problems.Thank you.

I have been taking my son to see the team at Milton for quite some time. My lad has suffered with spondylolisthesis for many years, causing him significant pain on an almost daily basis. The skill and knowledge of Jasper and the team at Milton Chiropractic has, without doubt, been a life saver for my son. We still go, but less often as H is now much fitter and just generally stronger from all perspectives, Jasper and Co always manage to zero in and "sort him out". I must also add that they are super responsive, and the reception team are the loveliest.

I have been suffering from intense neck & left shoulder pain since September 2023, no pain killers worked, I couldn't sleep and started taking sleeping pills since October 2023.
I started my treatment with Apryl and SHE is Amazing! she explain everything very clearly and started treatment immediately on 22nd December and have seen improvement since day 1. I couldn't believe my pain have dramatically decreased and stopped taking sleeping pills in the first week of January. If you are looking for a good Chiropractor, Apryl will be the experience of your life (I used to be a person that didn't believe on these treatments, but that has changed since I met her).

I have been receiving treatment from Sim for lower back pain and restricted movement for only a month and am already pain free. The improvement has been remarkable. All the staff at Milton have been pleasant and helpful.

Highly recommended. This is an hour away from where I live, but it's all worth it. I have been to many other Physios, but Jasper has the magic to fix bad backs.

I went recommended by a patient and I myself would highly recommend this clinic to anyone with pain. I went to the clinic with a foot pain and lower back pain that I had for a long time. I was treated by Apryl who went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and well treated. She explained everything in a professional but easy to understand way. All the staff has been very pleasant and I feel they really care for your health improvement. Seriously, if you are in pain, don't doubt it more and visit them.

I am just back from a walking holiday in Italy which I was able to enjoy pain free after having shock wave with Kai for planters fascitis. I am very happy to recommend this and so appreciated Kai's professional care.

Highly recommend! Khai has been amazing and very understanding as she was helping me with my lower back pain and made each session as relaxing as possible! My back pain hasn’t been nowhere near as bad as before since getting help which is such a relief. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

On Monday of last week, I was screaming in agony while trying to drag my torso along the floor by grabbing hold of furniture legs with my hands, with the worst lower back pain I've ever had.
I booked an appointmet with Jasper for the Tuesday afternoon. Just by looking at the way I limped in and the posture I was holding, he was suspected that my L5 disc has slipped, and within 15 minutes he had confirmed his suspicion and coaxed it back into place, leaving only the residual swelling to subside, and promised me that by the Friday I would feel well enough to go on holiday.
Well guess what! Today I've been tearing from coast to coast up and down Cornwall's most gruellingingly steep hills on a bicycle.
Jasper isn't the only chiropractor with the Milton practise, and over the last 13 years I've come to rely on Joe, Sarah, and one or two others as well. They are all skilled enough to bring about such dramatic improvements in such a short time.
Beats being off one's feet and feeling disabled for months waiting for it to get better of it's own accord does it not?

Definitely recommend Milton Chiropractic Clinic, especially Ty Keca who has been more help to me than a Doctor, figuring out that there was something behind my joint pain and suggesting an intolerance test, concluding in a cows milk allergy. With a change of diet and adjustments by Ty I feel 100% better.
