I highly recommend treatment from Simar Brar at Milton Chiropractic. He helped me achieve reclaiming my full range of motion after I had a painful nearly incapacitating neck spasm. He applied dry needling techniques as well as chiropractic adjustments for my neck, back and surprisingly my jaw, where I tend to hold all my tension and stress. He also addressed me as a whole person, noting exercises specifically strengthening and targeting the abdominal gap I have due to diastasis recti from pregnancy. Thank you Simar Brar for bringing alignment and much needed relief back into my life! I look forward to bringing my children in soon for a chiropractic adjustment.

I injured my back in a sledding accident 73 years ago and so have needed the help of chiropractors on and off ever since then. I have seen dozens. Some have been good some hopeless. Kai at Milton is one of the best. She was able to cure the lower back I went for in a day and has done wonders with my back. I would strongly recommend this clinic.

Have been visiting Milton Chiropractic Clinic for past few months for treatment of slipped disc. All the staff are exceptionally friendly and professional in their approach to your individual needs. Can highly recommend Sim, his understanding and ability to put you at ease is second to none. Started out in severe pain and now thanks to him, am feeling so much better.

Fantastic staff friendly helpful and always willing to listen. They take very good care of you and have done a fanatic job treating various aches and pains. They offer a good range of services and prices are pretty reasonable for the industry. Treating foot pain appears to be a speciality and they are doing a great job with mine.

Both chiropractors, one assessing and one treating are very kind and helpful. Treatment here is likely to help me get on the mend well before my 2 week ahead GP appointment.

If you are experiencing any problem that requires a chiroproctor to fix it, this is the place to come. Since Kathryn is treating me, i have come a long way - my posture improved, not to say that all the soreness and stiffness i felt before seeing her shrinked so much that now i think if i really had them. Professional and friendly every single time.
And all the staff is friendly and they are in line with the goverment's COVID-19 protocols - totally safe to visit at these times.

I have been seeing Sim Brar at Milton Chiropractic since his first day at the clinic. I would recommend Sim as a chiropractor. Sim is clearly talented and has a great bedside manner. He takes his time to listen and really get to the heart of your problem. He provides comprehensive treatment which includes helping you to establish an exercise routine to minimise the frequency of the issue reoccurring. All the other staff i have met at the clinical so far have been friendly and professional.

I experienced a very helpful and professional course from Natalia. We discussed my progress at each appointment and she suggested various ways she could apply my treatment. My movement is greatly improved and I shall continue the exercises she prescribed.

I started coming to Milton Chiropractic Clinic 4.5 years ago when I moved to Ely. I have struggled a long time with back issues, often putting it out and unable to move. I started with 2 sessions per week and and now on 1 session every 6 weeks, I have not put my back out once in the 4.5 years I have been going. Everyine is bery friendly and always happy to help.
